Shashi Jayawardena *The Service Sensei* has over 20 years of experience, where his experience becomes unique is due to the fact that he started at a counter staff member at Dialog, when Dialog was only 1 outlet, he got his operational Service background there, from there he joined the training and development function at Dialog and his training career to becoming the G.O.A.T in people development in Sri Lanka started, having led training departments at Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts (John Keells) as the Head of L&D, General Manager Aitken Spence Hotels and Resorts for Sri Lanka he got all the experience in high class L&D, he is a master trainer from City & Guilds (UK) a master trainer and invigilator from the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Managemenet (EAHM) having mastered L&D he jumped into C Suite operations with a new purpose, take his L&D knowhow and convert it into rupees and cents, and he did that perfectly at Adana Foods, opening outlets in Sri Lanka and Dubai and Introducing never before see products in F&B.

He is now the CEO of Central HR Solutions, the leading name in People Development with the best in class strategic initiatives and clients from all over the world. But most importantly he is a Child of God and the world's BEST DAD.
